    I'm going to try to better posting this month.  Last month, I just kept forgetting :faint:
     
    June 1-45 minutes on the elliptical
    June 2- 30 minutes on the elliptical and 300 bicep and tricep workout

    June 3-33 minutes on the elliptical and 8 minute leg work out and 6 minute abs
    June 4-35 minutes on the elliptical and 20 minutes on the stationary bike.

    I'm back. It feels like I haven't posted in here in forever.
    6/4 hour spin class with a close to 10 minute warmup.

    6/5-40 minutes elliptical (30 seconds sprinting-as much as one can on an elliptical- and 30 seconds at a slower pace) and 15 minutes chest workout and 5 minutes obliques.

    6/10- 10 minute standing abs and 10 minute back workout, 40 minutes elliptical
    6/11- I am going to try to make the 4:30 zumba class, it depends when the hubs gets home.

    Nancy do you have any before and after pictures.  I would love to see the results of your hard work.

    Lisa, :blush: I don't have before pictures of when I started hasfit, I hate to admit that I don't like taking pictures of myself given that I am still not happy with how I look :(  I still look in the mirror and go "ewww..."

    Nancy I'm sure you look great.  Sometimes looking at old vs new pictures really puts the journey in a different perception.

    6/20-has fit 12 minute tableta workout and 9 minute arms, 60 minute zumba class.

    I did not get to do hasfit on Friday...so that was just zumba for that day. 
    Saturday-off
    Sunday-40 minutes elliptical
    Today-walk with the kids, 12 minutes tableta, 9 minutes arms, 10 minutes isometric workout and 30 minutes cardio yoga workout.

    I thought i posted my weekend workouts here yesterday
    saturday off
    sunday: 2 hours of rollerblading with my girls girl scout troop.  has fit 20 minute warrior
    monday:  hasfit lose belly fat part 3 and standing abs

    tuesday i had a crappy workout 25 minute body weight workout but i suck at that one.

    Lisa, the body weight workout one is hard!
    Tuesday- the kids and I did a 2 mile walk to and from the library, 8 minute ab ripper and 15 minute dumbell workout.
    Wednesday-off
    Thursday-30 minute afterburn workout and 60 minutes body works class.

    Thursday, I have to swap out the afterburn workout for 30 minutes on the elliptical and I did the 60 minute body works class
    Friday, the plan is a walk with the kids, 30 minute after burn workout and zumba class.

    6/26 legs and abs
    6/27 planning on off day - but maybe if i get out of work on the early side- i can convince the girls and DH to go for a bike ride

    6/29-15 minute conditioning workout and 60 minutes zumba
    6/30-7 minutes plank, 30 minute HIIT, and 8 minute boot camp, plus a possible walk (weather permitting) with the kids.

    6/27 was off day
    6/28 was a hasfit workout is it sad that i don't remember which one
    6/29 2 mile walk on boardwalk to a light house at the beach, followed by 10 minute hasfit arm workout
