Jumping the Gun but...............

OK I know I'm only about 6w pregnant (Dr appt next week) but last time around we were scrambling for names and i don't want to do that this time so we are looking for classic names old fashioned i guess to go with our boys names Emmett and Peter

we've had a boy baby boom in my family so i can't use: Samuel, Benjamin, Lukas, Joseph, Matthew, John I really liked Thomas but its meaning is the twin so that doesn't seem right!LOL

I like Griffin but then it will be Peter and Griffin which is the dad on family guys name..............i haven't decided yet if that matters LOL

For a girl my dh really like Claire which i like and goes well with the boys namse i also like Whitney but am open to new ideas

I put your names into Nymbler.com and some of the names they came up with were Felix, Frederick, Myles, Benjamin, Foster, Edward, Lucas, Andrew, Jefferson.....

Thanks, I will! It's so funny it came up with Foster, its an uncommon name but one we considered for the boys.

twingma- I like Whitney Claire to but if its a girl her middle name will be Bonnie Ann or Bonita after my mother...........not my favorite but i will never hear the end of it if i don't LOL and we are very close.

Well, I like Bonita (beautiful one, right?) as a middle name.

What about using Lance as a middle name even if it's a girl? Is it a last/maiden name? Claire Lance or Whitney Lance are cute.

I really like that idea Clair Lance sounds nice to me! I have given my mom some say on the middle name though (what was i thinking???)so we'll see if i can push her in that direction. Lance is her maiden name!
