Ladies when did you start using these toys? My bigger son can hold his head up pretty good and seems bored with the toys he has now. Not sure when to bring out the jumperoo or exersaucer.

We brought them out at about 4.5 months.

We started the exersaucer around 3.5 months. My girls didn't have a jumparoo so I can't answer that one.

We started at 3 months adjusted with the jumperoos, and its just been in the last few weeks that they have started jumping away and playing with all the toys. They didn't have much interest in their exersaucer until about 4 months adjusted.

My girls started using the exersaucer at 3mo but pedi said no more than 10min at a time because its not good for their hips. And they didnt start using the jumperoo until 6mo, again its not good for their hips, knees or feet, plus they should have excellent head control. The jumperoo is my girls' favorite toy as of right now!

We did 4 months with the exersaucer with blankets stuffed around them & 6 months for the jump-ups.

MY boys started around 3 months, and while it kept them interested, it was until like 6 months that they got "full" entertainment out of it! They enjoyed it long enough for me to shower or wash a few dishes, but at like 6 months, they screamed when I took them out of it!!! They would have stayed there all day if I let them!!

Around 4-4.5 months. The exersaucer is probably the best thing we have ever owned for the babies, and the jumperoo is a close second! They love them! It is so great to have a place to put them when we are both running around in the morning trying to get ready for work and get things together to get them to daycare! They really started enjoying them at about 5 months.

4.5 months here. My DD still loves hers. She laughs and laughs as she bounces up and down. DS likes it too, just not as much. He has to be in the mood to use it. We have surely gotten our use out of the jumperoo. The exersaucer is also popular around here just not as much as the jumperoo.

I too was bored with the same old toys and brought them out around 5 months (I think the box said 4 months if they could do certain things like hold up their heads/neck, etc.) but it was MUCH TOO early for my guys and had to wait until they were 7 months. I think, if my memory serves me correctly.

They used them for hours and loved them, it also brought us some down time to get things done here and there!

When they got bored with those they also functioned as a stander and they learned how to pull themselves up on them and walk around them around 10 months, they hated to be inside it after that...

Ours are using them now. The Rainforest Jumperoo is the bigger hit - I just put a book under their feet.

we haven't gotten those yet, we want to get the exersaucer. I heard great things about it.

I'm actually hinting it to their g'ma to get it :p

4.5 months for the jumperoo here too, and still a hit today at 11 months!!

we didn't get the excersaucer till they were 6 months, and they still enjoy it (albeit for shorter time periods)
