Wow it really says that? That's way too young! Babies should have good head control before they use them, which they don't have at 3 mos.

That's what I thought. I'm getting bored with the same toys so I figured I would see what they recommend for this age and was surprised to see that since I can't see my guys playing with that at this point. When do they start picking up rattles and little toys like that on their own?

I think my boys were about 3.5 months when they started using them. As long as their neck muscles are strong enough and they seem interested I don't see why not.

My boys started using their jumpers at 4 months. I have two-a Baby Einstein one and a Fisher Price one. This is probably the best thing for the twins; they have become more active and has helped Jackson since the pedi said he was getting too big.

Mine could go in an exersaucer at three months old and the Jumperoo at 4 months old.

We started at about 4 months as well. Once they had good head control, I would use pillows to help keep them stable for a few minutes at a time.

I started putting mine in them at 4 mo. I have to put towels around my DD though she is very petite. They just like siting in them and looking at the lights and touching things.......not really jumping yet.

I think I put mine in the exersaucer around 3 months with blankets behind them. The Jumperoo was probably around 4 months. They didn't really love the Jumperoo until they were older and could figure out how to jump. The exersaucer actually helped build Ellie's strength in her neck. We had to have physical therapy since she was about 4 months old for this, since she was so floppy. Of course, they frown upon the jumper and exersaucer, but I didn't care. It really did help her a lot. As long as their heads aren't flopping all over the place, you should be fine. Every baby is different. Abby had good head control when she was born.

4-5 months but I know Evan didn't really start enjoying it until he was closer to 6 months.
