Just thinking of you...I wondered if stripping the membranes worked or not???

 

Sorry it has been so long since I posted. My new little man James Evert made his appearance on April 24th at 8:04pm weighing in at 7lbs 11oz Stripping the membranes either worked or I was already in labor that morning. I have to say that a VBAC is so much more pleasant then a c-section and I am so glad that my Dr. allowed me the opportunity to have a vaginal delivery. I went to the hospital around 3:30pm and was 5cm dialated, my water ruptured spontaneously during labor and I recieved my epi. when I was 8-9cm and an hour later I had my baby after 25 minutes of pushing. It was fantastic For those debating about a VBAC, I have to say it was a totally different and a much more pleasing experience then my c-section with the twins. Anyway, thanks for all the support.

I'm glad you all attempting VBACs are going before me because it's really helping me have the courage to stick to my guns about this.
