i'm not sure what everyone uses to clean their little ones. I got these cloths at my shower and my babies have dry skin. i'm not sure if its from the cloths. anyone ever use them?

why use a disposable washcloth and put one more thing in a landfill? actual cloth washcloths are reusable and gentle. plus johnson and johnson uses cheap preservatives derived from formaldehyde in its cleanser products. there are much safer alternatives out there for the money.

I have them and use them for when we travel. My 2 have never gotten dry skin from them -- then again I don't use them on a regular basis.

I use them all the time. They're easy and convienent. My LOs have never had dry skin from them. Also, they have alot more soap on them than the Huggies brand does. :):)

These washcloths sound lovely in an ideal world. Unfortunately, they are anything but ideal. :(

A lot of J&J products contain ingredients banned in many European countries, Canada, the Commonwealth, and will likely be banned here in the coming few years. I find it shocking that these products are being marketed as "trustworthy" when they can be harmful for our children (possible causes of skin irritation, sterility, and cancer).

For information on any product to find out the toxicity level, go to the EWG database:
    http://www.cosmeticsdatabase.com/

FYI: the lavender wipes are rated at a level 5 out of 10, 1 being the best and 10 being the worst. The reason your babies' skin is dry could be related to the sodium laureth sulfate, which is a common skin irritant. This product also contains methylparaben, which is a preservative considered to be hormonal disruptor that can be absorbed into the body by the skin and convert to estrogens.

Same here. We're on vacation right now and using the Huggies ones (b/c I also got them at my shower). I used Aveeno baby wash when the boys were little. They had eczema and it really helped them. We still had to use cream, but not as much.

We were told my three doctors (ped, surgeon, ped. cardiologist) no fragrence or dyes until after 12 months. It drives me crazy when I see all these baby products with scent in them. It can aggravate sensitive baby skin. Just wanted to bring up that point in case you haven't thought about it.

We did not use them all the time with our little ones but we have used them with DD and her skin was fine. My DS had ezcema and we had to use fragrance free products (still do).
