Hmm, I'm not sure if they can tell that young? :umm: At that age I do remember thinking it could be jealousy, but they honestly didn't know the other existed! They just wanted to be held, so they cried until I picked them up. I think they both just want cuddles and kisses but don't get that there are two babies and only one momma. :hug99:

I don't know that its 'jealousy' that young, but my girls were competitive of my time (especially if I was holding one). I think its an evolutionary survival thing, but I'm a science geek so who knows.

Now at 11 months my girls DEFINITELY show jealousy. Last night Meara was being very needy and when Ana came up for a little cuddle, Meara pushed her away. I had to say "Mommy has room on her lap for two" and scooped them both up.

I wouldn't call it jealousy probably either but more like "missing me" :icon_biggrin: I think mostly because they were so needy at this time that they really don't want to be left alone.. 1 month is really really young. :hug99:

very true, I love holding them, but my arms and back are really starting to hurt! I hate hearing them cry, so I'll get used to it ;)

    I don't know...

Over the past few weeks, my DD has developed a fake cry for when I'm playing with my DS. As soon as I look at her, she grins. :D They're a little older than yours, though...

:hug99: it does do a number on your back and arms...though you'll have some muscular arms. :pardon: Gotta find a positive.
