Jane Morton video is a great watch for those of you that have to pump and want to get the most out of your pumping sessions. Its about 10 minutes long and well worth it.

This is awesome. I've been doing this and wondering if I'm damaging my breast! I'm glad to hear this is the way you are supposed to do it and will do more of it.

 

Thank you for sharing that. I've only been back to work a week (and I only work part time) and my output is already going down. I'm going to try these techniques.

 

Great video! I sure wish I had known about breast compression when I started pumping. My mom suggested it when the babies were a few months old and it really helped increase my output.
