Jake is here!

    Last Wednesday, I woke up with contractions. Off to L&D I went. They tried hydrating me, which didn't stop contractions, plus my bp was still elevated. They decided that I would deliver that day.

    Jake Ryan was born at 37 weeks to the day on 4/9 @ 12:52 pm. He weighed 8 lbs 7 ozs and was 20 1/2" in length. He is doing great. I am ok. Was released yesterday, and today I spiked a fever. Dr called in antibiotics, so just started those. Other than that though, we are well. Have to go in this week to have staples removed and bp checked.

    Hope everyone is doing well!!

    Hope the antibiotics do their trick and your bp goes/stays down!

    Congratulations to you and your family Heather! I cant' wait to see pics of Jake...if he's as cute as your other 3, he will be a looker, that's for sure!!!!! He was a big boy for 37 weeks...WTG! I hope you start to feel better soon...get some rest!

    Congrats on baby Jake! Has a head of his own huh?? Came whenever he felt like it!

    I hope you feel better soon and then, once you have recovered, let us see some pictures of that little boy!!
