Jackie's Update! 10/22

Thank you so much for thinking of me!!

My appointment was VERY boring except for the sharp needles! My baby has a heartrate of 155. That is basically all that was checked. With a little searching, we found it. I was due for a tetnus shot and I also got my flu shot today too, so both arms had needles in them, but the nurse was VERY good.

I get another OB check in 3 weeks since technically this one was 2 weeks late and then a level 2 ultrasound anywhere between 18-20 weeks. I'm so excited! I gained 6 lbs between the last appt and this one (one a week).

Anything else??? I'm relieved! It wasn't just the halloween candy! :winking0009:

 

Ugh, I got a flu shot on Saturday and so did the boys... my poor arm is still sore

YEAH! That sounds like the nice boring kind of appointments you need for the rest of your pregnancy. You had enough excitement to start it out with so now it should be smooth sailing. You might even be feeling the little bean movin' around before that next appointment.

Glad to hear that you are being boring. That's what the OB/GYN doctor suggested to me.. be boring..
Great heart rate.. hopefully you can rest more easily for the two weeks.
