i've reached the end...

    i can't believe it!! natalie and thomas are 1 today!![​IMG] it has been such an amazing journey watching them grow and change into incredible little human beings, it is hard to believe that my crazy, loud, busy babies were just little tiny, wrinkly, red things one incredibly short year ago. [​IMG] sniff sniff... those first few months were a real eyeopener, but being a mother is more rewarding and better than i ever imagined it could possibly be!

    as is customary, i just want to remind all of you new twin mommies that are in the thick of it right now, that the hard phase passes, i can't really say that it gets easier, but it gets a heck of a lot more FUN!! i am not a big fan of the newborn stage, and that was a real suprise to me, but now that they are real little people and so fun to be around i would happily go through it all again! sloppy wet kisses and hugs around the neck are worth all of the sleepless nights![​IMG]

    we aren't having their official birthday party until october 10th so we could have all the grandparents here, but i will come back and post photos of the cake extravaganza!

    [​IMG] all so much for being here and supporting me through the first year, it has been such fun sharing it with all of you!

    Congratulations Joy, and :birthday: to Natalie and Thomas!! I saw your ticker today and wondered when I missed your announcement. ;)

    ITA about not loving that super-hard newborn stage, and just adore having toddlers. They're so much fun!!!!

    Please share pics of the cake smash and I hope all of you have a wonderful birthday party.

    Looking forward to seeing you in SY! :D
