I've been trying

Dh & I have been trying for a couple of months now to have another child. I thought I may of been pregnant a month ago, but the test was neg.

A week ago I had my AF, but it was very light & sporadic. A week before my AF I had slight spotting (it was pink in colour). I read this could be the implantation period. This morning I feel slightly nauseous to my stomach. Also, my abdomen has been really tender of late.

What do you think? Could we be expecting again? I've got a doctor's appointment scheduled for the end of Aug. Only time I could get one. I'll have to wait till then to do another test...but if I am then I guess my body will tell me in no uncertain terms...

We're both excited..but I don't want to get too excited yet as I may not be....

I never thought I'd be this excited to be pregnant again after the twins..I'm even suprised just how excited Dh is just at the thought that I might be :lol:
He keeps praying the same prayer, that this time it will be a redemtive experience for me...so sweet.

 

How can you resists POAS??? I'd be going nuts!

Could be...need to keep us posted. Just to note, I get that way when I'm ovulating too...but I'm hoping it's early symptoms for you.

Why can't you test until then? That would drive me crazy!

 

I'll definitely test before the doctor's appointment if my symptoms get worse..

I did a test just before my AF last week & it was neg. Shouldnt I wait another week or so before testing again?
Its' really funny, one would think I'd have more knowlege having had twins..but I still feel kind of clueless....

No, you shouldn't wait a week.. YOu should test now!! We want to know Actually I think the directions says if it's negative but you still think you are pregnant wait a week. I noticed this at some point, because I remember thinking 'if I thought I was pregnant, I'd test every day!'

go to the dollar store and buy a bunch of tests and test till you get a BFP!!!!!!!!

Hey, I havent even thought of the dollar store. Are these tests as effective as First Response?

Lately I've been feeling as if I've got a tummy bug. This afternoon I had a wave of nausea hit me (which hasnt happened since being pregnant with the twins).

Did any of you think you had a tummy bug & actually you were pregnant?

Yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have some nausea two days before testing. DH said...what are you pregnant? I said no way, I'm on the pill plus I never had m/s with the boys. I just thought I'd ate something weird but the feeling didn't go away. Well, when I figured out my period wasn't coming and DH's comment made me "nervous," I tested and lo and behold I'm here.

Yep after my IVF I bought 15 and peed on all of them! GO to the Dollar store today! Let us know!

Well, I took a hpt today and it was negative again.

I also just got back from having a blood test for another matter. Raised liver levels. This is the second blood test. Hopefully all is ok.

I'll wait till next week to do another test. If negative again then I guess I'm not pregnant. Either way it's good news for us.

:hug99: Sorry about the negatives. It could be stress & hopeful thinking! I know during our 7 years of trying how many times I thought I might be... only to get a negative.

 

You may just be testing to early...don't give up yet. With this pregnancy I was tested on Thursday, at one doctor, the results were negative and then tested on Monday, with my ob, and it was positive. I'll be thinking about you and your family.
