Now that I'm well into the second trimester, all those stories about it being a breeze are true! I do still have terrible heart burn and I'm more gassy. But I've stopped vomitting, I'm not any more tired than I was before becoming pregnant, I feel okay. Having only ever carried twins before, I kind of sort of didn't believe it was true. :give_rose:

Glad to hear it! Enjoy the second trimester honeymoon! I actually even had that with my surro-twins. No vomitting, and not as tired! Yeah!

How's everything going? Getting excited? When is your actual due date? My birthday is 2/27, so aim for that. ;)

Lucky you! I'm still having queasy moments/days and I'm exhausted. Plus, the heartburn has set in and my lower back hurts so bad sometimes. By the end of the week, every week, taking care of the babies all week by myself catches up with me and I spend my Fridays with a headache and nausea. However, I've been feeling sporadic movement for almost two weeks now and it makes it so worth it. Glad you're feeling good now - maybe I'll get there soon. Here's to feeling better! :)

That's great to hear! (Not that I plan on being pg ever again, but I'm happy for you.) I, too, have always wondered if carrying just one baby could really be so pleasant as people say it is.

I'm glad you are feeling so good! I am curious about when your due date is as well, you need a ticker! :)

my second trimesters are usually easier too. I do remember though that my second trimester was the most uncomfortable with the twins...I think because they go through the most growth then...times two! Right now my only complaint is occasional bouts of heartburn.

    I don't do tickers.

I also live in a place where doctors don't really do due dates. The focus is on how far along you are, not a date which you may or may not deliver on.
I'd due around the 14th of Feb. I'm secretly hoping for the 10th, on of my best friend's birthdays.

My doctor okay'd Prilosec OTC for my heart burn and indigestion and it went away 100%. I hate that I waited two weeks to mention it to the doctor as I got complete relief from that pain. My singleton pregnancy has gone soooooo much smoother than the twin pregnancy. I hope yours continues that was too!
