Its gonna be a LONG day tomorrow!

Im exhausted just thinking about it. First Madison is still not sleeping through the night so that is one. But tomorrow we have to get up at 4 am to take dh to the airport that is about an hour and a half away. By the time we get home it will be almost time for their 6 month well baby visit. So after that the babies will get their immunizations, ds will get his flu shot and so will I. Then Im supposed to babysit a roudy 3 yo and 5 yo. Madison has been so cranky during the day lately too, she just wont take her naps so she gets over tired and just screams at me. And when the girls get their shots they are soooo cranky afterwards, Im hoping ds wont be too crabby from the flu shot. What worries me is that I have always come down with some kind of cold after getting my flu shot though the doctors have assured me that you dont get sick from it, but what I dont get is like 90% of people I know complain about getting sick after the shot. Oh well, lets just pray we dont get sick this year. Im REALLY hoping that we can all take a nap tomorrow afternoon. I have a feeling we will all be in bed by 7 tomorrow night. And another thing that really stinks is when dh gets back to town his flight doesnt even get in til 9 at night and we couldnt find anyone to pick him up since the airport is so far away so I will have to get everyone out of bed just to go get him

So much to do, so little time. I hope everything goes faily smoothly for ya. How'd you get stuck babysitting? Could someone come over after the kiddos are in bed so that you could just pick up your husband?

 

I babysit on occation for a friend, shes in school so I really had to help out.

I wish we had someone that would watch the kids so they could stay in bed but there is no one to do it

I AM SO TIRED!

So both girls decided tehy needed to be awake and eat at 1 am, then again a couple hours later. Had to get up at the butt crack of dawn to take dh to the airport, he gets there and they say "no one called you? The plane wasnt able to come in last night because of weather, teh flight is canceled" THankfully they switched him to another airline and he got a better flight arriving around the same time. So off we go to the doctors, which BTW took forever because she had a student today that did everything, then she came in and repeated. Madison is 13 lbs 6 oz and Brooke is 16 lbs 4 oz SO that puts Madi at the 25th percentile and Brooke at the 65th percentile for their actual age...that made me quite happy! I forget just how long they are, but Brooke was in the 92nd percentile and Madi was less than the 3rd percentile. They looked good, had their mongolian spots noted in their records. Told to start back on reflux meds and off to the shots. I decided to go ahead with the flu shots now instead of waiting another month or two just to be on the safe side. The immunizations lady told me that they were not allowed to give the flu shot to anyone but active duty adn high risk because their supply is still not in THankfully the other lady who did the shots was nice and whispered to me that she would go ahead and give ds and I our flu shots as well. I got mine first, my arm is sore but its all good, then Madison got all her shots and spazzed out, then Brookes turn. Poor ds had no idea he had to get a shot, so all of a sudden he is up on the table, holding on to me for dear life not sure what was going on. He starts to scream and we ask if he wants a sucker, the crying stopped and all was forgotten From the girls screaming I totally forgot to go to the pharmacy but will try to go later today or tomorrow. So now its nap time, hopefully I can get a good hour or so before the other kids get here. Man Im tired
