its been awhile....update

Since i posted about Alexis' condition, I have been so overwhelmed and overjoyed at the support i have received from everybody on this board! TS has truly found a place in my heart forever! We had our appointment with my OB on monday and he pretty much agreed with the anencephaly diagnosis but sent us for a second opinion. he said he's willing to do whatever it takes to help ease our minds. we go to jacksonville, FL on the 17th. (about 2 hours away)
since my last post on here we've named our son Peyton Frederick Lucero. My dad's middle name is Frederick and he never had a son. with each kick from these little guys my stomach has started poking out! i woke my husband up this morning and said watch this...and Peyton kicked and my tummy jumped he was like whoah!!

Oh I am sorry to hear about your DD :hug99: I just wanted to tell you that I am thinking of you. Please know that you are not alone and I highly encourage you to use the Parental Grief forum to talk about your DD and how this is affecting you--when you feel you need to talk. I know that we have a member on here who lost her DD to the same thing. I will keep you in my prayers and thoughts.

thank you girls for the continued support!
theres no update yet, we go on tuesday. thank God my husband's first shirt is very understanding and supportive and cleared mike to miss work for my appointments. i dont know what i would do if he couldn't go with me.
things have been good the past couple days. we got some cute stuff for Peyton but we're waiting to buy Alexis her special outfit until we can go where there is a bigger selection.
