    Hi everyone,

It's been a LONG time since I visited this site, and I'm excited to be back. I just love the support everyone offers each other!

Well, it's been 6 years since I was last pregnant...and I found out last week that I am expecting!!!! We are very excited, my twins, my husband and myself of course. What's CRAZY is that my husband finally changed his heart about wanting another just before Thanksgiving this year and so on Thanksgiving we started to try for our next little one(s). Based on the MD's calculations, I am due August 5th but that is IMPOSSIBLE as my husband was not home around the time they said I conceived. My cycle avg's out to be 40 days, which resets my due date to Aug 31st (big difference!). I am, therefore, no more than 4 weeks preggo but I am thinking it's more like 2-3 weeks pregnant because I noticed some cervical fluid changes on the weekend of Dec. 1st. I tested on December 9th at home and it was immediately +! I tested a total of five times that week (including doc's visit tests- one of which was indetermined at first)... I have this gutt feeling like I'm carrying twins again but I am really hoping that I am wrong as I would LOVE to just have one little baby for a serious change of pace :winking0009:

I haven't really had many symptoms yet... Just REALLY sore breasts, fatigue, light cramps here and there and a little nausea.. I didn't really have much nausea with my girls either though. I'm just hoping that I don't get hit with serious morning sickness out of nowhere! :icon_eek:

My first set of twins are fraternal, which I have been told could indicated a higher chance for conceiving multiples again. Any thoughts on this? Are there many of you out there with multiple sets of multiples, who conceived without using fertility treatment? Because I have had twins, the doc's plan to give me an early ultrasound to determine if I am "high risk" again this time around. I will keep you posted!

congrats!! definitely get in for that early u/s...good dating is so critical for a healthy gestation being allowed!! from what I've read the Highest odds of having frats again are around 1 in 5. But that still gives you and 80% chance of NOT having twins....that's a pretty good chance of a singleton. Congrats again...hope you have a healthy happy pg!!

Congratulations! My cycles are 36-38 days and I calculated my due date June 5th but the Dr had me as May 21 until my u/s last month & moved it back to June 5th. I had the same problem with my twins too they kept givingme a DD 2-3 weeks ahead of what I calculated I was right on their DD and conception, DH was out of town training so I knew what days. Congratulations again!!!

Congrats!! and welcome back too. I think all of us wondered about the chances of a second set of twins. Personally, I had my Dr. check 3 or 4 times to make sure there was only one.
