Just wanted to share this song with all of you. We've all had those days or weeks or months when we just did not know if it would ever get better. Makes me cry every time I hear it and to cherish this time because.....it won't be like this for long.

It's by Darius Rucker (Hootie & the Blowfish).

That is a great song. It is so true! Time flies by! Enjoy the moment... even if it is holding two kids who are screaming! :D

Aww! I love this song and it often brings me to tears. Time really does fly by wayyyy too fast. I wish I could hit the pause button or rewind button (and, okay, the fast forward button a time or two, too) but gee, where does the time go?

Ack I'm crying now! Great song...the other one that gets me "You're Gonna Miss This" by Trace Adkins. We gotta cherish every moment, even the challenging ones!

I'm not sure if I've heard it, but I'm going to wait to open it till tomorrow b/c I don't want to cry before bed and think about it all night. I'm such an emotional Mom sometimes.

awww, I'd never heard that song before. Beautiful. I really need those reminders sometimes to appreciate the moment we are in now and not try to rush it b/c it'll be gone before we know it and then will only be a memory. I find I just try to get through the day so often that I don't appreciate these times. :(

What a lovely song, I hadn't heard it before. It is so true, when my girls were born, everyone kept saying "before you know it they'll be in school" I really didn't believe them. Well, they were right, they started grade one this year and it has gone sooooooo fast.

When this song came out earlier in the year, I was very pregnant with my twins and CONSTANTLY driving up to the hospital for NST's and other tests. I vividly remember the first time I heard it...where I was on the highway...and just bawling my eyes out like someone had died. I had tried sooooooooooooo hard to get pregnant, went thru some intense IVF complications, as well as a pretty rough pregnancy. I think part of the sobbing was hormones too! But I think I just knew it was going to go by so fast, as the song says. I think there was also some fear in me that the girls were going to be too premature and not "ok". Everything really got me all worked up. It's a little easier to listen to the song now but it still makes me tear up... especially seeing my girls already working on crawling. I worry that I'll never experience another new baby...but am sooooo blessed to have these girls!
