It doesn't end!

OK, so Con has his left foot in a cast with 2 fractures, and is getting over a double ear infection and had pinkeye. I took Chase in yesterday and HE also had an ear infection and pinkeye, which the doc had given him drops for without seeing him, knowing that Con had it. By the way, $30 FOR A TINY VIAL OF EYEDROPS! AND THAT'S WITH INSURANCE!!! Thank God he finally broke his fever. And now Mama here is sick with whatever the kids had and Daddy went out of town until Sunday.

Oy.

But you know what, Con just melts my heart ... even with being sick, and his cast and everything, he still is such a happy baby. And Chase, the last two nights would NOT sleep unless he was with me or Daddy, he would cry in his crib, the second we pulled him out and cuddled with him, he'd pass out. Poor little baby just wanted his mama and daddy when he didn't feel good. In a wierd way that kind of melts your heart too, they are so little and just need their mama and daddy. I love my little guys! But MAN I hope we all get some sleep tonight!!!!!

 

Minus the cast, we are all right there with you. Its amazing how resilient kids can be when they are sick. Me? I'm a big whiny baby!

Ohhh man I know how hard it is to be sick with one baby but two has got to be the pitts plus them being sick. Hang in there and I hope u get the rest you need.

 

Kendra we have had a rough month too! I hope they are feeling better soon. I hear you on the eye drops! Is it Vigamox?

Yep! At least the doc said we can keep whatever is left for us in case we get it, or the babies get it again ...
