Is this round ligament pain?

This only happens when I'm trying to sleep at night...

As my belly is getting heavier, I'm noticing that not only is it harder to turn around at night, but when I turn I feel some 'pain & discomfort' in my lower pelvic area. The pain doest last very long, only a couple of seconds. And mostly on my right side.

Could this either be one of the babies or is it just round ligament pain ? By the way how long does round ligament pain last??

It sounds like round ligament pain to me. It always felt to me like, if I made too quick of a move, I would pull a muscle. It unfortunately lasted my whole pregnancy! :hug99:

I had it a lot the first 20 weeks or so and then towards the end when I got really big :0

 

Thanks for posting this question! I have been feeling the same thing and unsure of what it was. becky5 described it perfectly...it does feel like I've pulled a muscle.

 

Yeah thanks also for posting that. I have had that a lot lately and unsure of what it was. I thought something was wrong. Now I realize I need to slow down and take my time getting up and moving around.
