walking around for more than a bit really does a number on me. I walked around home depot, the grocery store and then came home and my cervix is in an incredible amount of pain. It hurts to stand, walk, and sit in most positions. I really am miserable and scared to have this constantly happen when i walk around somewhere for more than 45min. is there anything i can do to stop this from happening? my cervix has been really great the last two cervix scans so i am not really worried that its changing.

I think it sounds like your body is telling you to slow down and not walk so much. I'm sorry your in pain. :( I would call your doctor and see what they suggest you do to ease the pain.

I agree with Liz, sounds like your body is telling you to slow down. I know it's hard to do that, but with a twin pregnancy things can change so fast and sometimes we don't even know it's happening.

My body is doing alot of the same things but its usually my stomach(well abdomin) and hips that hurt the most. I am realized that if I am going to be on my feet longer then about 10min I need to sit down, take it slower or if I am in an store ride in an amigo.

Hate to say it...that is how it goes from here on out! I remember walking literally 5 ft and needing a break.

I am 22 weeks now and have had the same thing.....what a pain! I just realized I'm gonna have to take it easy, as you do too. Twin pregnancies really take a toll on our bodies! I cannot walk more than about 20 minutes without pain in my hips, crotch, back and everywhere else (or so it seems). If you're like me, you can't imagine going another 20 weeks huh? WOW!
