ive been more worried that something is going to happen to one or both of my babies before i have my next u/s.. I am more worried then i was in my 1st trimester, i guess mainly because i know that they could make it now and i would hate for something to happen to one of them..

im just curious if others feel like this too late in the game..

I was more that way in the beginning than I am now. I think since I feel sooo much movement and also that according to the u/s they are moving even more than what I am able to feel it is reassuring to me. I've chosen not to worry about it and just know that it's in God's hands and not mine.

I don't think you ever quit worrying about your babies. My daughter is 36 weeks along, and I worry all the time that things are ok with her pregnancy. Some of the very intelligent ladies on this site have encouraged me to focus on the positive and try not to worry so much. It's honestly made things so much easier, and I've just tried to focus on everything and enjoy each moment of her pregnancy. I know it's hard not to worry, but you also don't want to rob yourself of enjoying this very special pregnancy. Good luck, and you'll be in my prayers. Mary

I think these two things that Nana said are so true. It's hard to ever stop worrying. I know I had a very hard time during my pregnancy and couldn't enjoy it as I should because I was SO worried. But we do have to look at the positives. I know that doing kick counts {starting at 30ish weeks??} really helped me because it gave me time to just sit there and feel them. Also I started getting NST's around this time, so that helped me calm down a bit too. I think it's normal, but not always fun, to worry about our babes.

    Thanks ladies.
it is funny because after i past my 1st trimester i have been very laid back and really done well about not worrying, but it just seems like it caught up with me again... DH was always good to remind me that, worrying isn't going to change anything and that it can do more harm then good.. But it is easy to forget here at the end...

Yeah, I've thought that off and on. :( I think it's hard as a mom not to worry; hang in there, most likely all is well.
