Is this labor?

    My membranes were stripped with DS and I lost my mucus plug and my water broke 12 hours later...so I didn't experience the early stages of labor and wondering...

    Today I have felt really nauseous all day off and on...

    I have pooped four times..."regular" consistency...(SORRY!!!)

    Then, I had dinner and within a few minutes, had diarrhea...(again, sorry for the TMI!!!)

    Now, I am having some cramping down low...not awful, not super consistent, but definately there...and my whole tummy gets hard...

    So, the great irony is that this is either a mild stomach bug and the cramping is nothing more than gas....

    OR my girls are ready to make their grand entrance!

    Wow, I didn't go into regular labor with my daughter either.... but it totally sounds like that is what is happening to you! I think you should monitor your contractions. Good luck to you!!!

    I agree, I would monitor your contractions and put a call in to your Dr. & see what they would recommend you do.

    I mean this in a nice way, but I if you have to ask, then its probably not it yet ;)
    Almost 36 weeks though so you're probably super close! They do say your bowels have a way of taking care of themselves before delivery...that way you have more room for the baby and dont have to worry about pooping on the table!

    well, what started out as feeling just kind of "weird" is now full on flu of some kind...I spent the night rushing to the bathroom every 20 minutes almost all night long...yuck!!!

    My stomach has been upset every single day for one week now. At first I thought the diarrhea was a sign of pending labor. No such luck. Every time I eat anything at all, even toast, it shortly comes right back out. Other than that I feel fine. I read somewhere it could be the change in hormones as we get ready to go into labor, but it has been a miserable week for sure. I hope you feel better soon!
