I am experiencing a pain, right in between the shoulder blades. It isn't constant. And not when I breathe in always. It seems to be later in the day, after I have had food (not always right after.....) or when I am full and uncomfortable. Could this be heartburn? I never get heartburn so I am clueless! LOL. I don't have front chest pain. Advice?
    Thanks!

for me, heartburn is more in my chest/throat area and not between my shoulder blades & it's like a burning sensation in my airway and chest.... maybe it's the pressure on your lungs from all your organs being pushed up? i know for me, breathing lately has been very tough - especially in the evening - i cannot get enough oxygen and it's starting to raise my anxiety levels.....also, could it be your muscles from the strain of the weight? it does not sound like heartburn to me.

I have heartburn every evening now and it is more of a burning or like the food is coming back up kind of pain. Tums is my new best friend. ;)

I have had a similar pain to what you are describing, but not during pregnancy. For me it has always been stress related and turns out to be a knot in my muscles that needs to be massaged out. It is really awful having that feeling that you can't even take a deep breath. I remember it well. I wonder if someone could give you a relaxing massage and see if that helps at all? I'm sorry for your pain. Hope you feel well soon.

    I had the same experience.

Is it possible that maybe you could have strained some muscles back there? Being pregnant can do so many weird things to your body. If it doesn't resolve itself, it may be worth mentioning to your Dr next time you go in and see what he/she has to say about it. Good Luck! I hope you get some relief soon!!
