    Hi!
I had a few carriers when the boys were babies, but now that they are big toddlers, I was wondering if there are any kind of carriers out there. I never used them much because i was just so busy with life and we had them in a stroller or dh and i just carried one each...we didn't go to too many places. Now I have a kelty back pack which is ok (if they are not pulling my hair. But I would love something a little closer to me. Maybe as they are getting ready to turn 1 year old...i'm feeling a bit nostalgic...who knows!!

Anyone out there with any ideas? or am i totally crazy?!

I should mention Christopher weighs 23.5lbs and Ryan weighs 19.5lbs.

    THanks guys!!

It seems there are a few options out there though they are mostly backpack styles. Below are a few links I found. I've heard good things about the ergo carriers. GL! :)

i still LOVE my ergo and use it almost daily. the boys can walk just great but there are times when it's too difficult to watch them both, so i put one in my ergo and the other goes in a shopping cart or single stroller. my guys have never been fans of the stroller so i've always either carried or "wore" one..... i love my ergo! you're supposed to be able to wear it until the babe weighs 35, so i highly recommend. btw, mine are both around 25lbs right now. (admittadly it's not as comfy as when they were little, but it still does the job!).

Check out this link for info on wearing two toddlers at once. You can easily see how even wearing one baby could be advantageous. If you check out the the Baby Wearer ratings you can see what types of carriers work well with other moms of toddlers.

Maya wraps are slings that you can use to carry one on your hip, or on your back (but it's not a backpack). They can hold something like 35 pounds. My girls are about 25 pounds, and we use one without a problem.
