I can't find a bottle warmer that warms more than one bottle at a time. Have you been able to find one that holds 2 or more? Thanks.

Yep, the microwave.... sorry, couldn't resist. I use the micro to warm bottles.... As long as you shake them well after the micro does not effect formula negatively. EBM however should not be nuked...

I used to be scared to use the microwave to warm bottles because it says NOT to on cans of formula, etc. Then I realized it's probably just a liability issue for them. I warm them in 10 second intervals and then check each time to see how they are. And I shake them well before I serve them in case of "hot spots". I am so glad to be done with that darn bottle warmer!!

You know what a TS member suggested once? A Crockpot filled about halfway with water and left on low all day. Basically you take your prefilled bottle out of the fridge and set it in the Crockpot for a minute or so and it will quickly, gently and safely heat up a bottle or two. This is especially great for breastmilk because you can't microwave it, the microwave kills all the live stuff and destroys a lot of the nutrients.

So, Crockpot. And the nice thing is that Crockpots are useful when the kids get older.

Yep, this works so well!! They make small ones too so it doesn't take up too much counter space!

yep we used the crockpot at first, now we have progressed to nuking them, shaking 'em up to make sure no hot spots and then testing on the wrist to make sure not too warm.

When I worked in daycare we used a crockpot for the bottles.

At home I just use the microwave, we got the time down perfectly. His 8oz bottles take 20 secs to just bearely get the chill off, although my son will take his bottles cold if he wants them back enough or if it's at night.

I like the crock pot idea. I had this bottle warmer. I was not a double one but you could keep two bottles cold. I only used it at night.
