I've finally found that when I drink milk, I feel A LOT less nauseated. For the last 3 weeks, I've had a huge issue drinking water. It tastes very bitter. I've been drinking juice and occasionally soda, but just tried milk today. It sounded less than appetizing, but twice today it has lessened my nausea. Hooray!

I say whatever works!!! I'm going through a stage where I LOVE white milk. When I'm not pregnant you cant get me to touch white milk with a ten foot pole. I'll only drink chocolate.

My guess is you are actually starting to get hungry, that's why they suggest you eat many small meals a day when pregnant, it keeps food in your belly which helps stave off nausea. When you drink milk it fills your belly a bit, which does the same thing as food!

Do whatever's going to work right now! :D Glad it's helping you out!!

I agree, it's filling your tummy & offers some protein/fat. Go with it!

I don't know about yours but mine is. It transformed a 8 pounder up to 17 pounds in 5 months. :rotflmbo: Sorry, I couldn't resist.
