This passed week I got my energy back! Granted I'm not running marathons, and my house isn't spotless. But I was able to get to work every day this week (up until now my boring desk job was even to much five days a week, but this week I was ok) I was even able to stay up till 8:30 everynight (which moved from 6:00 everynight). I know people talk about feeling sorta normal at 12/13 weeks but I seemed to feel normal more so at 16, has this ever happened to anyone?

Also I havent been crazy hungry this week, in the morning I am hungry and snack regularly all morning. By lunch I havent been in the mood at all for anything big so i've stuck to soup, salad, or a small sandwich. and then i snack till four. My biggest concern was at night I just have no appetite I havent been having any dinner sometimes just a bowl of icecream or a banana.

The only thing that I'm doing different is I have started taking my prenatals, folic acid, and Iron pills in the AM instead of PM because I was having a hard time remembering them at night.

I know some people feel different at different times through out their pregnancy...logically....but my over analizing self is still having crazy vivid dreams everynight and monday night after reading another womans story about the doctors not finding one of the babies heart beats I had a bad dream that they did an U/S and couldnt find baby B's so I've stressed about it all week. I havent had the dream sence but I probly wont feel better till the next time I see them both safely inside=)

Yeah, I'd say it is defintely! Have fun and play with your son as much as you can, he will be excited. Enjoy yourself, could be a sign of good things to come!

I know that THIS morning is a good morning for me...I hope it last...congrats on your energy boost. Now let me get out of here and run that half marathon like I've been wanting too!

But really I was thinking about changing and taking my prenatals in the morning. Right now I take them when I get in bed at night (about 2-3am) and I'm able to get up with my daughter when she wants breakfast early in the morning. I'm just afraid that I'll get sluggish earlier and not be able to function through the day. I'm good with the schedule, my daughter and I lay down for an afternoon nap before I have to go to work. I like being sluggish at work (shush...don't tell anyone, I'm playing this Twin pregnancy for all I can get  ) Everyone is so helpful, and like, "no Dora, you sit there, I'll go do it for you!"

I was about the same as you. I got my energy back around week 14 or so, but my appetite still hasn't gone off the deep end. My OB says my weight gain is fine though so I'm going to stop worrying about not feeling like eating a lot. I'm going to try getting back on the treadmill (I'll start at a reasonable 15 minutes with 15 minutes of resistance training) this weekend. To tell you the truth, I still have days where I don't feel pregnant at all. I'm large, wearing maternity clothes, and having terrible back pain, but I still don't "feel" pregnant. I'm thinking this will change when I start getting my insides kicked by these two munchkins.

Even at this point I still have my upper days, but, low and behold, I have the downer ones too. I put the good with the bad and wait patiently on my blessings to arrive.

I just hit week 16 and I have actually had a "normal" couple of days too! And I'm also STARVING. I feel like all I do is eat. I think that the twins are going through a growth spurt :) Just enjoy the good days before you get too big to!

Ladies, take advantage of this feeling of normalcy! I had it too and it was great while it lasted! Get started on the house cleaning and babie's room 'cause you'll be back in bed at 6 starting soon. :) Really though, it's normal. For a little while I didn't even feel like I was pregnant anymore. It was almost scary! Good luck with everything!

I get what I call "random bursts of energy" every once in a while. Sometimes it's for a few hours, other times for a few days, but I just took advantage of them.

There was even time where I felt thin! It felt great and then I looked down and saw my belly in the way of my feet.

    Enjoy,
    Jenn

I started feeling better the week of 12/13, there are times that I sorta feel the sickness but definately not as much.My appetite is not so demanding to the point where I feel like I am starving to death.Although, I can not eat as I please-It seems that I only can keep down healthy foods and not heavy foods.I remember when I use to eat a full plate of food- now I only can eat in small portions and then I have to eat that slow if I want to fill up.When I overeat My stomach feels tight and I feel miserable-when I was'nt pregnant this overeating did not bother me. I guess this a is a good thing. My friends tell me that I am going to get to the point where I crave and can eat anything and that I will be eating everything in my sight-I don't know if that's a good or bad thing.Everything that I eat I do want it to go towards the wellbeing and heath of the children-Although I know that it is normal to have about 7 lbs. in the fat stores, i do not want no more than that in the fat stores-I do not want it to be trouble to get it off after I give birth.
