Introduction

    Hi,

    my wife and i are expecting twins this summer. we are still in shock from the news (a little)... I thought i would pop into a few forums to get a feeling of what to expect ;)

    today was the first day we went out looking for baby stuff. we were looking for travel systems for twins, of course - no one has twin strollers that you can set the infant carriers into (that we could find). all we could find were the twin strollers where ONE side could be used to insert the car seat, not both. if anyone knows a seller, i would appreciate the feedback. one of the sales ladies snapped my finger inside one of the strollers she was demonstrating... i forgot what parent-finger-traps those things can be.

    The Graco duo gliders allow you to put your infant carseats into it and there is another stroller that just have the bars instead of seats that allow you to use carseats as well,then you can add seats when the twins are older .I want to say it's called safety trend .Babies r us have some online

    I used the double snap n go until they outgrew there infant seats. Then I switched to a double side by side jogger and I also have the jeep umbrella side by side for the car when I do short shopping trips.

    Welcome to TS! Stroller shopping can be a doozy- I also used a double Snap N Go until they were out of infant carriers (craigslist) then switched to the kolcraft countours double stroller. You can snap in one infant carrier in it but I don't know about 2.

    we are looking at the Baby Trend Double stroller travel system on ebay it's 369.00. Good luck yeah we didn't see anything in stores, online it's much easier. This one comes with both car seats and 2 bases, and we registered for the other 2 bases at target.

    We used the Graco duoglider as well and it was so nice being able to snap both infant carriers in there. :good:
