Hi and congratulations to you all :)

I usually post in the silent grief site. I have had 3 early mc in the past year 1/2 and no children. Now I'm pregnant again
and of course, really scared. So far my levels are good and the dr. saw two sacs... so we are hopint to see
2 healthy hbs on Monday. I was taking clomid. I am about 6 weeks now. The upseting part is that last Friday and this one I
had pink blood when I went to the b.r. The nurse it was ok... but it still worry.. I never blead with my miscarriages,
so somehow I was hoping it was implantation bleeding....
I was sick twice yesterday, but other than that no more symptoms... I wish there was a device or test where
we could check our hormones and see the progress. Waiting is the worst!

My questionsa are.. did any of you bleed and still have healthy pregnancies?
When did you see the hbs?

I had lost a pregnancy and then my second pregnancy had spotting around the same time… and he is now a healthy 9 (almost 10) year old… but I had no spotting with the twins… I think I would have been less nervous if I had spotting with the twins as I had spotting and all turned out ok… I know waiting is the hardest… I am waiting for the safe to deliver dates so I don’t feel guilty about wanting them out… I’m soooo uncomfortable and still have so far to go…

First off- congratulations on your twins and welcome to twinstuff- it's a wonderful place for info and support. Secondly, I'm sorry about your previous m/c- I know how devastating that can be. With my twin pregnancy, I also had some bright red spotting just prior to my 6 week mark. Because of my previous m/c, my ob had me come in at 6 weeks (and 1 day) for an u/s. That's when we saw 2 sacs but only one heartbeat. It wasn't until the following week at 6 weeks 6 days that we could see both heartbeats. Good luck and try not to stress out too much- if your levels are good, then that's a wonderful sign....

Congratulations on your pregnancy! I never had any bleeding but I have read TONS of posts from women with healthy twins who did. It seems to be fairly common. Have a wonderful appointment on Monday! :D

I also had multiple miscarriages... I miscarried twins last time so I, like you, was very nervous and hesitant about getting excited. I was expecting the worst to happen but I am now 31 weeks and they are doing well. I had cramping early so they brought me in and I was 5 weeks, no heart beats and barely saw the second sac... next visit there was two healthy heartbeats and all was good. Don't stress and don't worry about symptoms, just eat well and drink plenty of oj and stay away from caffeine and just see what happens. You have already proven that you will be a great mom. I know the waiting game is torturous. You are in my thoughts. Keep us posted!

    Best Wishes

welcome and congrats! i had a lot of bleeding with this pg and i to mc a few times so i was terrified:( My doctor watched my bleeding and i had a few u/s for peace of mind--watch for any cramping along with the bleeding and let your doctor know if u feel anything painful! You will probably have another u/s in few weeks to see how the 2 sacs are progressing and to hear the heartbeats!

Welcome! I had spotting around 5 weeks and she said it was normal, then around 6 weeks I bled a little more - we went in for an ultrasound and saw two hbs. I also have a "weird" condition where I have two uteruses, and they think the first set of spotting was from implanting and the other time I bled it was from the other uterus.

Hope all goes well. Keep us updated.

Hi everyone! I'm a new member here and I found it very useful especially from friendship and emotional support perspective.
I want to congratulate all friends who are pregnant right now. I hope that all goes well for all of you. God be with u and protect your angels inside :)
I have a different story. A dramatic one... I have two kids (6 year-old girl and 3 year-old boy). This summer, on my birthday, I found out that I was 8 weeks pregnant with twins although I had IUD inside(since the birth of my boy-2005). I was so suprised, so was my husband. I thought it was a birthday gift of God. It was like a miracle! I've always dreamed of having twins. But my husband didn't want them. My husband's family also wanted us to abort. I couldn't convince my husband and eventually had an abortion. I've been seeing nightmares since then. I must have gone through a high depression. I blamed everyone for this, my husband and especially his family for interpreting our life. Anyway, I will always regret it.
To relieve my pain, I decided to be pregnant again, hoping to have another set of twins. This time I will not tell anyone until they will be 4 months-old. I took Clomid for the first time in my life to increase my chance. My previous pregnancy was natural twins, twins run in my family, I am 30 and have 2 kids already. Do you think I can do it? Will God help me?
I want to be pregnant for twins so deeply inside. Please pray for me. I believe that prayers of pregnant woman come true. I need your help.
    Thank you in advance.
    Your friend,
    Rose

I had several weeks of spotting with the twins, and ended up with two perfectly healthy babies!

I know it is easier said than done, but try not to worry... lots of people spot and have an otherwise uneventful, healthy pregnancy.

    Congratulations and good luck!
