Introducing myself

    I have posted here a couple of times, but it is official now....I am in my first year with twins!! Claire Averie and Carlie Anne were born via c-section on Thur. August 9th. They did really well and came home with me on Sunday. I was 36w5d. I plan on posting a birth story this week on Expecting. It was not dull needless to say.

    I am happy my girls are here, but sad at the same time since they were born a little earlier than I had hoped for. Plus it is almost a gurantee that I will not experience another pregnancy which is a little hard for me to swallow too. I was sad about Emily being out of me too but it quickly resolved so I am hoping for the same here too.

    I am sure I will have lots of questions and stuff, but right now all is going well. I just have little peanuts!!

    Congratulations on the birth of your girls and welcome! I can relate about feeling sad the pregnancy is over. I felt that way for a couple of months and then the feeling just sort of went away!
    At any rate, welcome and I am looking forward to reading your birth story!

    It's a trip...make sure you write everything down and take lots of pics...I'm almost to the end of my FY w/ twins and when I look back it's almost all a fog- thankful for pics!!!

    Congrats on two beautiful girls (actually 3)
