Introducing myself! :)

    Hello!

    My name is Lizz and I am new to the TS forums! I was referred by a friend from the Canadian Bride talkboards. I am 12 weeks pregnant with twins, due Feb 19! We have a 1.5 year old daughter who will share her bday w/the twins! (However, I know chances are they will be born earlier than their EDD!) Crazy that both pg's have same due date! Fate!
    We are excited but also nervous about caring for a toddler and newborn twins. We have our IPS testing and an ultrasound to check chorionicity next Thursday. It looks like babies are faternal however they will be checking how thin(or thick) the membrane is between them to see if identical or not.

    Congrats and welcome to TS! My older son is 24 month older then my twins, so I know what it's like being pregnant with a toddler and having newborns with a toddler. Where in Canada are you from?

    I have a toddler who will be around 17 months when the twins are born. It's not easy to care for a demanding toddler & tend to the pregnancy but it is definitely possible!

    Congratulations!!! I'm from Ontario, where abouts are you! Having twins is soooo much fun! I have a 2 year old and 8 month old twins...wouldn't change a thing!

    Congrats. Twins are tons of work but so much more fun. You are only 10 days or so ahead of me. I also ahve twins who just turned 3, Hope things are going well.
