Introducing myself to this forum...surprise pregnancy!

    Hi everyone,
    I'm the mom to 13 month old b/g twins who are the result of our 2nd IVF. TTC for 5 years before finally being blessed with 2 of them..

    On Monday I got to thinking I couldn't remember when my last AF was and took a HPT and nearly died of shock when 2 bright lines appeared. I was lucky to get in to see my family doctor right away and had a u/s. I'm 6w2d and I got to see my little surprise (or bonus) Got to see and hear the heartbeat.

    I'm so in shock but after seeing the baby on u/s it is starting to seem a bit more real. I can't believe that sex actually leads to baby :icon_eek:

    Wow, congrats to you!!!!! I had to LOL at your comment about sex leading to a baby! That's awesome, good for you!!

    Congratulations! I'm so glad you didn't have to go through IVF again. I am with you on not believing you can actually get pregnant from sex.

    Hey, same situation here except for 7 years of infertility! Sex does lead to babies we found out too!! I was a week late when I took my test. I did have bleeding when my period was due, but it must have been implantation bleeding and it wasn't as intense as my normal period, which I did realize at the time.

    Congratulations! I hope you have an uneventful pregnancy!

    Congratulations!

    Our first took a good couple years. Then 7 years of infertility after he arrived. Wouldn't ovulate on my own. Wouldn't ovulate on clomid. Went back on bc due to bleeding issues and got surprised with twins. Now..another bc surprise.

    Congrats!!!

    I'm with you on the whole sex thing! It barely happens here...never mind at the right time to get pg!! And while BF and on BCP!!!! The way I see it, these babies were just meant to be!!!!

    I wish you a happy and healthy journey!!!
