Infection?

Have any of you gotten a UTI while pregnant? I went in today for a lot of pain and through a urine sample, they discovered that I have some kind of infection... they wont know exactly what until wednesday, but I am on antibiotics. Have any of you had this? Thanks, Andrea

 

I had a UTI when I was pregnant with my Daughter I remember I had no symptoms really, other than after I used the bathroom I had some bleeding on the paper (so sorry if TMI) They did put me on antibiotics and I was just fine, no worries...

I had one last time. It was fine and I was dehydrated when I went to the ER because I was throwing up and it was beacuse of the heat (july 4th weekend) and then they told me...so i didn't really know I had one.

 

I have had two..just got over the second round of antibiotics for the second bladder infection. I had no pain though and didn't even know I had a bladder infection until my dr. told me after testing my urine. Hope you can get some relief soon!

 

Thanks everyone! I just wasnt sure how common it was and I am always leary of taken medicines during pregnancy, but I looked up the antibiotics that I am on and they are only a class B drug, so not so bad....
