How often are you supposed to go see the Ped in the first year?? We went right after they were born, at 2 weeks, again at 4 weeks, then 4 months (missed the 2 month one) 6 months, 9 months (was supposed to be 8) and we saw a different Ped at our 9 month that said don't come back till 12 months, and was surprised we were even there again becuase apparently after 6 months you're not supposed to go back even. But our regular Ped was seeing them every 2 months so would have wanted us back at 10.... What does your Ped do??
That's pretty much the schedule for us... After the initial ped. visits just out of the hospital, it's one month, 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 9 months, 1 year, 18 months, 2 years, then yearly. Hope that helps!
Ours does/did right after they were born, 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 2 months, 4 months, 6 months,9 months,1 year, 15 months, 18 months ,2 years, then yearly after that.
We went every week or more the first month because my guys kept losing weight (breast feeding issues), then it was 2 months, 3 months, 6 months, next will be 9 months, then 1 year.

This is the same appt schedule with my Pediatrician ALTHOUGH we did have to bring my DD to the pedi every 2 days for the first 2 weeks as she wasn't gaining weight. Until the doctor was satisfied with her weight gain we were bringing her for regular weight checks.
