What do you do for twins when they are in between the infant tub and big tub? Mine are supported sitters. Do the inflatable tubs work?

we used something like this to bath the boys until they started to sit unsupported. We've used it in the baby tub until the boys grew out of it and then in the big tub. I don't know where you can buy this in US, but I've seen it here at Children's Furniture Gallery.

We've used this -- primo bath tub -- since they were born and it still works great for one baby. The other one fits just fine but wants to throw himself all over the place. I need a bathtub that comes with a seatbelt! :D

We used the kitchen sink and also a laundry basket in the tub.

We use the Munchkin tub that Target sells - it has worked great for us - we're still using it at 11 months. It does only fit one baby at a time, but we've gotten a lot of use out of it for $11.

We used the Duck tub from about 4-10 months. (We never had an infant tub). We liked the Duck tub and the price is right. At about 10 months they starting taking baths together in the big tub. They love baths now!

We too used the duck tub, but only in that transition period. We had to wash one at a time in it, but it did the job. At about 8 months we put them in the big tub.

We used the sink for about a month, but there is no reason you can't use the big tub if you don't mind leaning over.

Fold a towel up to place under the babies heads (you can use one regular towel for both or two hand towels for individual ones, and run a couple inches of water in the tub. Lay babies down in the water on their back with their heads on the towels.

Or you can buy molded foam pad things, I can't remember what they are called, but we found them at target, to put beneath them. They were shaped like big yellow teddy bears. Works like a towel but it's easier to ring out and I just set them in our separate shower to dry after their baths.

I use the double kitchen sink, but am just now starting to use the big tub. It's much neater, since my babies are splashers. :)

My lo was afraid of the duck tub, anything inflatable for that matter lol so we used a safety first bath ring and plan on buying a second for the twins when they are old enough.

I used the infant tub in the sink for way TOO LONG. My girls were standing up in it before I finally moved them to the big tub. It was a tough transition for about the first week, then they did great. Just run a couple inches of water and use a towel like Danibell suggested if you need to support them. I wished I had gone straight to the big tub much earlier, it's much easier!

my guys are still little, but with the older kids we did the same as we do with the twins-the little foam bath pads in the big tub. Then as they are ready to sit we just remove the pad. The boys really love it already. We only did baths in the sink/infant tub for the first three or four before changing to this. It's just so much easier and I can get in there too and wash them easily.

Gosh, I just lay them down in the big tub with only a little bit of water.

I'm just worried about moving to the big tub without any aids, because I'm worried about dealing with Super-Fling-Himself-Around-Boy. :babyflips: Besides, the baby tub can be put right next to the high chair so I don't have to transfer filthy babies as far ...
