    What do you give your kids to boost their immune system. We are in mid-winter and I am so tired of runny noses.

    Breastmilk.
    I also give them probiotics, here we can buy them in a freezed dried powder form that you dissolve into a drink.

    Also a wide variety of real food, as close to it's natural state as possible.

    It's called Lactipan, but please not that I live in Mexico so is probably not available under that name in other countries.

    We use probiotics for our kids. When they were little, we used the powder form of Primadophilus Children and mixed it with their formula/milk. Now that they are older we get the chewable kind.

    We don't give our kids anything extra.

    Culterelle Kids probiotics. Comes in little singles serve packs that I mix with my older daughter's drinks. Am planning on starting to give them to my twins as soon as I buy some more, as their guts were decimated while in NICU and I still see the effects.
