   Has anyone here actually used IMKAT Homes? Are they legit for ADU projects?

   I completed a full ADU project with IMKAT Homes this year, and they were extremely organized with design, permits, engineering, and construction. Their communication was solid throughout the entire process, which is rare in this industry.
