Ever since they got the last of their front 8 teeth (a couple months ago now), I've been periodically looking and feeling back there for signs of molars. I never saw or felt anything unusual. Then a couple days ago it occurred to me that I hadn't checked for a couple of weeks. So I felt back there, and they both have their top two molars poking through. I didn't even know they were teething.....no sleepless nights, no motrin, no orajel. One day they just had their teeth.

I debated whether to post this because I'm afraid karma is going to come back to me on the bottom teeth, or their two year molars (apparently DH and I were both little terrors when we were teething).....but I just couldn't contain my excitement over how easy we got off on these ones.

Wow... can you send some of that good luck my way? Seriously, that is great news that your boys got molars without any fuss!

That is great, but I really hope you didn't just jinx yourself! ;)

Friends of ours told us that their 2-year old got her molars and she never made a peep about it. Their ped told them that some kids get "used" to the teething process and it doesn't bother them. Sounds like you might be one of the lucky ones! :D

Yes, I'm sending my lucky vibes out to everyone.......but holding back just enough for myself, of course. ;)
