I am 36w1d with b/b twins. Before I even became pregnant with them, two people from my church approached me (at different times) and said 'Twins next time!' I thought how silly, there are no twins in my family. The one person also said they would both be boys. I never had morning sickness with my other kids, but this time I did. Not as bad as some I'm sure. I was extremely hungry also. At 13 weeks my Dr. couldn't even find one heartbeat let alone two. Then a couple days later he found one. At 19 weeks, I was admitted into the hospital with a awful pain in my upper right rib area. They decided to do a u/s to check my gall bladder and appendix. It was at this time that the technician said we were in for a surprise. Of course it was twins. At 21 weeks we had our first u/s just for the babies. Found out they were boys and were in two seperate sacs, but unable to tell if there are two placentas fused or one. Still won't know until the birth. I've had alot of BH, but nothing that has changed this cervix of steel. Three of my kids were 11 days late, and one 3 days early because of a membrane strip. I am 32 and a stay at home mom. We purchased tv cable to help me get through these last few weeks. We have never had cable in our 7 years of marriage. It's been fun to watch American Idol, Dancing With the Stars, and the kids get TreeHouse. I'm not sure we'll keep it after the babies come though. I am due for a c-section on May 20. Baby A is breech bum down on my cervix and Baby B transverse. I'm sure glad I found this site even though it's so late in my pregnancy. I hope to make some great friends both in this forum and the birth forums.
