i'm getting nervous..need some happy thoughts

its 8am and i have a 10:15am DR. apt to have my IUD removed
I am so nervous/excited!! please someone tell me its a quick removal and very easy.
I just want it to be done.
I am so excited to start to TTC
Please send my some Love....

Good luck. I have never had IUD but I hope it does not hurt you much.

 

Lori, good luck!! It hurt a bit but it was temporary!!! (I had another put in after I took one out, so it was different!)

By the way it did not hurt at all (i thought it would so i made the nurse hold my hand)
and it was so quick and easy it only took like a minute!
DH said to see if my parents can sit with the kids while we go to dinner!

I was so afraid of that. i asked the nurse to hold my hands
and my OB was like "This is the fist time i've ever done this"
he is a very funny guy. but made me feel better by the time he said he was ready to get started the nurse was like "its already done"
