I'll be so glad when this seperation anxiety ends

I've been dealing with seperation/stranger anxiety with Jake since he was about 7 months old. They are both somewhat ok now with strangers but the seperation is now at it's peak.

I cannot leave the room without either of them pitching a fit. Even going to the bathroom sends them into screaming. Josh has now learned to just scream LOUDER & LOUDER until I come back.

They're almost 15 months. How much longer do I have?

The neighbors are going to love me once the weather gets nice.

Ugh, I know it's tough . Nikola does this still. Annalise and Nikola were both like this from 10-13 months and Annalise was like this 4-5 months. It will get better, just know it's normal and people understand .

I have no idea, so far for my girls the older they get the worse it is getting. I have no idea at what point it starts to lessen.

I hope it passes quickly. Mine aren't even constant with it. One day they could care less if me or DH leave the room and the next day it's like the worst thing that's ever happened to them that one of us went to the bathroom. I'll be glad when this stage is over! I almost feel like doing to them what I did as a child, dress up a pillow like me or DH, so they'll be okay when we go to the bathroom (I had a pillow dressed as my Mom when I was a kid, so I wouldn't miss her when she was at work).

Oh, I'm RIGHT there with ya! Jack has been this way with me since about 7 months old as well, they are now almost 17 months and it is SERIOUSLY out of hand, with Jack! Not only is he attatched and screaming at my leg all day long...if I even so as much stand up to leave the room he goes into hysterics. When I go to a playgroup they both hide under my legs for a good 20 min before they will even peek out. It is drving me insane. Seriously. Ryan isn't so bad with it when we are at home but, Jack is another story. So, I've been dealing with this for at least 10 months and I'm beginnning to think it's never going to end. But the good thing is....I've never seen a 20 yr old boy doing this to his mother so, maybe it will end...one day, lol!

Same issue here with my 15 month twins. Going to the bathroom or refilling their bottles is a major tradegy! I hear what you are saying about when the weather gets better!
