i'll be saying goodbye

Last sunday we lost our sweet angel.Its weird because things didn't feel right from the start.I never "felt pregnant".I had some bleeding the week before and it started up again,but with cramping this time.
Things are finely sinking in now.I can't believe how bad my emotions are though.The first few days I was a complete mess.Each day gets better.I don't know what's worse, breaking down and crying every hour or screaming and snapping at everyone.I'm blessed with 5 children that keeps me on my toes, and I'm extremely thankful for them.

Don't worry ladies....you might be seeing me again!!

Awwww... I'm so sorry for your loss. I think your feelings and reaction is totally normal. You are going through a loss and a huge hormonal shift at the same time. Cut yourself some slack and do something nice for yourself. Snuggle up with that little one and let her give you some baby time. :hug:

Oh, I am so, so sorry. I went through this, as well. I had a miscarriage between my twins and the baby I am having in a few weeks. I think I cried like a banshee for a few weeks ... then sporadically for a few more then after about a month, I accepted it. I felt a little sad on my due date but it helped that I was pregnant again at that point. It will get better ... the crazy emotions ... but it is also healthy and perfectly normal and understandable to be sad. It is a significant loss no matter how many weeks you were. I was only 8 weeks but it was a real loss to me. Many, many hugs to you.

Thank you all so much. Things are getting better each day.We're in the middle of unpacking and it hard when I see all the newborn stuff, I'm not sure if I should keep it or get rid of everything.

Traci, I was also only 8 weeks.I didn't think it would affect me this much.
And yes, I have been smothering poor Chloe.At night I normally put her in her own bed,but I've been letting her sleep in our bed.I know I'll pay for it later.She does have 3 teeth coming in right now so I know she's enjoying being cuddled.

Awwww...it sounds like you both deserve the spoiling right now though!! Don't get rid of your baby clothes yet. Just hold on to them and postpone the decision until it's less painful.
