Just thought I'd share...I had the worst morning sickness 24/7 for the entire 1st AND 3rd trimester, but if this study is right, it was worth it :) Just thought you might want to see the silver lining if you're finding yourself hovering over the toilet as much as I did LOL

I didn't want to insult those of you who didn't get sick...but let's just say with as sick as I was, I better have a rocket scientist and a neurosurgeon!

I have also seen a report that there is s significant decrease in risk for breast cancer for the mom, the sicker you were the more you are protected - hormonal link.

I also better have some seriously smart kids!! ;)

I too must be harbouring future rocket scientists and neurosurgeons. Ive been sick my ENTIRE pregnancy. If i so much as missed just ONE dose of diclectin, I was hugging the Ivory throne all day the next day. No amount of gravol would cure it once i missed a dose!!!

Ha, ha!!! I just saw this and sent it to my friend who had to go on meds she was so sick last month. My poor boys are going to be just as average as their mommy and daddy! Oh well, I'm sure they will blame me for it sometime while they are teenagers! :)

Thank you... my morning sickness just returned in the 3rd trimester so I think I will be reading this everyday to make me feel better until these babies arrive!

That definitely made my day! Sounds like puking my guts out has been worth it. If it adds any validity to the idea, i was totally sick with my DS too and he's got a lil mind that makes your head spin.

Hmmmmm I have to agree though, my little Alice is too smart for her own good.

My poor, poor boys - I felt a hint of nausea maybe one or two times during both of my pregnancies.
