I was just curious to see which twin is more dominate/aggressive. My poor son runs away from my DD because she's always trying to get him to do something or she wants to do something to him. She'll chase him with things, try and make him drink her cup, she'll take his binky and try and put it back in his mouth. It's stuff that I think is cute but DS is not happy about it.

Mentally aggressive, Alice, (manipulative, sneaky); physically aggressive, Royce. He's just a bruiser.

Without a doubt Sophia. She will knock Luke out of the way, steal whatever in his hands, whine when someone is holding him. She can be sweet and is a darling to other children but she kicks the snot out of her brother (and he LETS her, which is fascinating to me).

Dominant, demanding, DD. She has always been the needy one and kind of the one to make decisions or be bossy. She is also a little more mean than DS, although DS can hold his own too. He is more laid back though, and more able to play with his toys independently.

It just depends on the day. Anna gets more upset about things, so it seems like she is getting beat up on all the time (although Jack rarely hits or pushes or anything because he is mad or trying to be mean - he likes to wrestle and play a little rough). But, Anna does her fair share of stealing toys, and she will smack or bite Jack when mad. So, I guess in our house it is still day to day.

Molly is much more of an extravert than Stefan, although he is the binky thief in the family! Stefan is really reserved and laid-back.

Lily has always been the more dominant twin. At first we thought it was because Max's open heart surgery set back, but now that he is healthy she still pushes him around, grabs toys from him, grabs his food, and throws tantrums if I hand him something first. She also hit milestones first. It took Max about 2-3 weeks to catch up to her on most milestones.

I actually found myself cheering him on once when he grabbed a toy back from her and pushed her away. Not my best mommy momment, but I was proud to see him stick up from himself.

Ds is strong and aggressive and takes what he wants. He is protective of dd when strangers are around and will even answer for her when people talk to her as she is very shy and won't talk to unfamiliar people.

Karina is bigger, bossier, and more aggressive at getting what she wants. She has no qualms about taking toys from Kevan, or pushing him out of the way so she can be first. She will hit him when she gets mad.

But lately, he's been getting her back by taking on the annoying brother role, LOL. He gives her bear hugs all the time, puts her in a headlock, and jumps on top of her, steals the couch blanket, etc.

And let me tell you, she does NOT like it. Hoo boy. Serves her right, though. :D

Morgan without a doubt is more dominant, aggressive, assertive and feisty. Takes ANYTHING Hunter's got, not because she wants it, but because he has it. He's very playful and laid back but now he's beginning to assert himself. He's bigger so he's beginning to "muscle" her out of the way. Makes her cry.

DD while younger is the more dominant one. She is the toy hoarder, hitter, and pusher. DS is the biter, but tends to no fight when sis takes his stuff

DD is much more aggressive than DS. She takes his toys and sippy cups. She is a biter too. He can fight back when he really wants too. He has grabbed the back of her onesie and pulled her down to the ground without even an effort. It's amazing to me that he takes so much from her before he puts up a fight.

At the moment, DS is more dominant as he is the mobile one. DD still canĀ“t crawl so DS can grab her toys and make off with them and all she can do is sit and cry! Nevertheless, DD has made DS cry with frustration and has made him run around in circles - literally - chasing a toy (she was spinning around in circles and he was trying to grab the toy she had - halarious to watch!).

I think things will change once DD is mobile so watch this space!

New here...so, I had no idea that the little "thank-you" thing on your post would move when I clicked it. Sorry! Anyway, I would have to say that Lilly is the most dominant of my little ones. If she wants something from her brother, Matthew, she takes it! If she wants to dance with him, she dances with him! It's really sort of funny! And Matthew just knows to let her do what she wants. I really have to put my two cents in often with them!

Mentally aggressive, Alyssa (manipulative, sneaky); physically aggressive, Jacob. He's like a little ogre.

Sorry Bex stole your wording... it was much better then mine

DD Lacy is the dominant twin and bosses DS Logan around. She'll yell his name from another room and he'll come running. She even feeds him sometimes too. But, he is aggressive and steals her toys and for some reason she ends up giving into him and letting him have the toy. I can't quite figure that out yet?

DD Maeve DEFINITELY the dominant one. She is much more social, is a screamer, and loves to be the center of attention. She'll push Finn down and snatch his toys. Finn, however, is extremely laid back and loving.

Please see above, and insert 'Ava' where 'Karina' is, then replace 'Kevan' with 'Max'. There you have it!

Not only is she an inch taller (36"), she's also 3 lbs. heavier (34 lbs.). However, he has been showing signs this past week of becoming a little more assertive, i.e. pushing or whacking at her first, LOL. Some days it feels like all I do is referee and intervene before the family room turns in to a scene from 'Celebrity Deathmatch'. Oy...

Interesting all the dominant girls out there....

My DS is definitely more dominant. He always has to be the first to go up the stairs, first to get his clothes on, first to wash his hands, and on and on and on..... DD just lets him by his bossy self, while behind the scenes I really think she's the one calling the shots. ;)

Interesting stuff. I think mine take turns. DS gets what he wants and is more boisterous and he will play fight and lay all over her...and bite sometimes. DD on the other hand bashes him with things, loves to whack him on the head and pulls his hair. She gets into things more and wont do what she is told........he will listen to me more.......and throws tantrums more.
Seriously changes week by week, but I wouldn't say one was more dominant than the other.

Ryan is definitely the more dominant and aggressive one. He tkaes things, bites, hits, etc, and Jenna just sits there and cries, she never tries to do anything back to him!

Ditto to this. Brooklyn is bossy and Cooper is the physically aggressive one.

DD has always been the more needy. She was sicker when they were infants. I don't know if this is why or not. She is definitely more bossy. But it depends on the day who is more dominate or aggressive. They both can put up a good fight (physical/mental).

My daugher for sure. She's louder, taller, and more solidly built than my son. She's good at getting her way. She waits until he is having his nappy (diaper) changed and then steals whatever toy he's holding and the dummy from his mouth.
