My girls look soooo much alike I can't help but wonder if they are identical. We plan on testing if they still look identical in a couple of years. The one real difference I've seen in them is that one has a rounder face, the others is a bit longer. Could they still be identical with this difference?

Absolutely, they can! Trent has a rounder face and fuller cheeks, Trevor has a more oval face. I had them tested and they tested monozygotic.

I had ID girls (had them tested) and Liberty has a longer face and Leighanna has a rounder face. It changes there looks a little, its one of the best ways to tell them apart.

Oh definitely. Owen has a rounder face, Ben's is longer and more oval. Depending on how you delivered them, and how they were positioned inside that can really affect face shape. Owen was head down in the pelvis for almost the whole third trimester, and that's why his head is rounder. Ben was floating around up top, so his never got molded.

My girls can look quite different due to personality and weight difference but they are identical. While Sierra has bigger cheeks than Ainsley, Ainsley's face is a little rounder.

Same here for me - mine are ID and one has a rounder face and the other more elongated. You have a lot more patience than me. I tested mine about a month after they were born!

Same thing. We had ours tested and it came back monozygotic. Tessa has always had a rounder head and face and Regan's is longer with fuller cheeks. I can easily tell them apart, but others can't.

Ditto what everyone else is saying. One of our babies has a longer head/face which makes her look different to us. It was actually a thread similar to this one which convinced me mine were most likely ID and made me decide I couldn't wait a couple of years to test. We did the test at 6 monthss and they were, indeed, identical. It seems like if the babies' mom suspects identical, they usually are.
