Now that I am 34 1/2 wks along and really slowing down I have been doing a lot of "nesting" and list-making. I thought I'd pass along a few ideas that I've come up with. I have been updating my address book on the computer and have created address labels for birth announcements and thank-you's for after the babies are born. I have also created my own return address labels. When my last set of twins arrived, I found myself spending a lot of time hand-writing addresses on envelopes and I thought this might be a real time-saver. If you enjoy charts, perhaps a feeding/diaper change chart would be helpful. You can create one in Excel and print off a number of copies (perhaps one for each day). I found this very helpful in the first few months with my first set - especially as you are trying to establish a bit of a schedule. I've also created a short phone list (name - tel#) of people to call as soon as the babies are born. These would be close friends and family members. Now is also a good time to send off coupons and free samples. These were just a couple of thoughts that I had that don't require a lot of mobility - just sitting at the computer and/or making phone calls from the couch.

Thanks for the ideas. Are you on bedrest now?

PS: I love your sons' names. I wanted to name sons Joshua or Jacob, so now that I am having 2 girls it is nice to read that there are a little Joshua and Jacob out there.

Thank you for those great ideas. I've been on bed rest for 4 weeks and it appears the doctor is keeping me on bed rest for a lot longer; and I'm only half way through my pregnancy. I drive myself crazy at home in boredom. I can only read and watch so much TV. [IMG]

Fortunately, I am not on bedrest but am not really very mobile b/c of pubic bone separation. I find that sitting at the computer and lying in bed are the most comfortable positions. I don't go out very much anymore.

Those are brilliant ideas! I´d love to do something of it, but right now our printing mashine broke down... [IMG]

But I´m thinking about preparing some envelopes in babyblue with the handwritten adresses - I think your right that there is more time now than after the birth of the twins.
