Ideas on single jogger UNDER $200

I am getting my friend' Evenflo single stroller (the one the car seat base attaches to) for when this baby is born. Her son never used it much and I need one...she's being generous and just giving it to me. YAY!!!

But, I was also leaning towards a single jogger...I love the way my double jogger pushes and it's so smooth and seems much more light weight when pushing it than the duoglider, etc. And, I could still use the single jogger in indoor spaces (which I was unable to do with my double jogger b/c it's too wide for *most* doorways.

Any suggestions or would I just be better off getting another light weight single stroller?

If i get a jogger, I want one with a swivel/fixed wheel....one that does both. Swivel is more important b/c I don't really jog with it to the point where I would use it fixed.

I would like to spend under $200 on something.

 

I can only attest to double joggers, but they do make a single version of my InStep Safari. I LOVE mine and found the DOUBLE jogger on Ebay for under $180. Ebay listing for single Instep Safari.

 

I was going to recommend InStep as well. They have a bunch of great ones that swivel and all for way cheaper than the rest. I LOVE mine. I have the mall cruiser. I got mine at mystroller.com and it was the best deal around!

 

My double is the InStep Safari...I never thought to see if they made a single I knowt he double was under $200, so maybe there is hope!

 

Yeah, I was going to recommend the InStep as well, my double is the safari and it fabulous for 200 bucks.

 

With my singleton, I had a great lightweight stroller that went with the car seat. I think it was Graco. It had larger wheels, folded nicely & was lightweight. It fit into the trunk of my small sedan very well. If you aren't going to be jogging etc, I say see how the one from your friend works out before you invest in a jogger.
