I planned to do something creative but I was so nervous about the pregnancy he knew something was wrong and wouldn't leave me alone until I told him. Oh well! My plan backfired I guess, but my dh is very happy we're expecting #3 and he said he knew anyways. [IMG] I went to the ob for a blood test and they called and said I'm definitely pregnant and my beta number was 11,100 at 6 weeks 5 days, which I checked online and is within normal range. I don't know what the range is for twins at this stage but I really don't think it's twins again because I don't feel pregnant at all. Last time at this stage I was morning sick and very tired and bloated. This time I feel totally normal and I've even lost weight. Plus this time we didn't use fertility treatments although twins do run in my family, but it hasn't shown up in a few generations.

So it's official, and now that my dh knows everyone else knows too (it doesn't take him long to spread news), and I'm shopping for triple strollers and slings. Thanks for all your suggestions on triple strollers and links. I am not sure what I am going to buy. I may just start with a sling and work my way up from there. I also have to start planning a new nursery. Aye aye aye! [IMG]

How neat! My hubby was happy as well, when I told him! I haven't seen my OB yet, but I do go on the 14th... I don't think I see him that day though, I think it is just the appt for sending me for blood work, getting information, etc... But soon after that is my OB appt.

Thanks! Congrats KYSweetheart! My ob didn't do the full exam - I just got bloodwork to confirm the pregnancy. I go back in for the exam in a few weeks. I can't believe I am doing this all again!

I used to joke that I wanted to check back into the hospital because they took such good care of me - I guess I'll be back there sooner than I thought!

How exciting now that everyone knows. I think it is hard to try and keep that a secret from your husband. I don't know how you lasted that long. I guess I am just not good at keeping secrets even if I wanted to try and plan it to make it special. But congrats on your new baby . i hope all goes well for you.

I think that's fantastic - see, you worried about it for nothing - now you can just enjoy being pregnant - but...of course you have to let us know how it goes, and how many are in there... [IMG]

Oh okay! So we are both in the same boat... very anxious, right??

When I go, I am going to tell them that I have no idea how far along I am, because I can't remember when my last period was, (LOL I can, really though) and see if they will schedule me a U/S quicker, LOL Just kidding... but I wonder if that would really work?
