He also pulls on his hair, crawls all over him (bites him too I'm sure)....

It is starting to wear on my LAST nerve. I feel so bad. I will come into he room and here he is jumping up and down and using his brothers head and hair for support!!!

HOW do I teach him to share and be NICE???? :D

I have to admit I am starting to prefer one twin over the other <_<

Just wanted to vent, you KNOW I love them both equally... ARGH!

Same thing is going on around here. My ds is pulling my dd hair, I just keep removing him and saying "no, that's not nice" but it hasn't been working. I don't have any advice on how to stop it, wish I did. Just giving you some support and letting you know you are not the only one with a bully on your hands! :D

I have bald babies....so I am not dealing with the hair pulling yet! But they do fight over sippy cups and toys!

mine are fighting too. I stepped outside yesterday to check on DS1. All of a sudden I heard blood curdeling screams from the babies and I freaked out and ran back in side. I found them sitting on the floor fighting over a car toy! :icon_eek:  I just started laughing. Luckily they are not too bad about the hair (only once in a while) but boy do they fight over things! I am sure it will pass....I hope

Both of my hit and go after the other. I am not too sure if they even like each other yet. We'll see. But I know what you mean. :hug99:

Ugh!! :nea: Mine are doing the same!!! DS is the biggest bully! He is always taking toys away from DD, and of course she tries to swat at him to retaliate. They both end up wailing!! I never imagined that they would be fighting THIS early!! I guess it's just one of the joys of having twins!

For now I am just trying to distract them with another toy and say "no that's not nice", it's not like I can get a 10 month old to understand much...

Add my sweet little darlings to the smack down club. Annalise is all over her sister but Jillian is bigger an look out when she retaliates. We call Annalise, Swiper - she takes things and just throws them away. We try the "nice" thing but they ignore it. Separation is sometimes the only solution. I think it will always be a love / not so much love realtionship. It's amazing to watch.

My girls take turns being bullies! One day Elizabeth will be the one taking toys and body slamming and then the next day it will be Isabel.
THEN when they are around other babies, they work together to steal the toys. Good Lord, I hope I can keep them from being bullies when they are older!!!

Well, at least I'm not alone in the fight :)

Oh yeah - the WORST thing he does is steal the soother - right out of babies mouth!!! (He hasn't used a soother in months!!!!)

    Have a good day!

For me the girl steals Everything from the boy and right now he doesn't care but one day he will retaliate! She is an equal opertunity thief because at play group she steals everything from everyone in stealing distance and now she is starting to crawl so look outs kids - here she comes!

Well, well, well. I am not the only one who has a twin that bulldozes over the other. My Jacob will content playing on the floor and the next thing Noah will run right over him. Noah even tries to crawl over DH and myself when we are on the floor playing. He is very active and does not understand the concept of go around. He even finds it funny when Jacob does it to him. I just think it is a phase they are going through and eventually they will learn to work and play nice with the other one.

I have so much to look forward to, huh??? :D Didn't even think of them fighting over toys, I just imagined them plotting together to cause mischief they couldn't otherwise do alone ... who knew they fight so young?

OUrs are in there battling too. I have a pile of toys that I have taken away because they won't stop fighting over them! A guy my DH works with also has B/G twins and they will race across the room and wail on each other - they have even drawn blood! At least we haven't got that far yet....

I don't think my boys like each other either. Doesn't matter what the other one is playing with the other ALWAYS wants it and will do WHATEVER it takes to get it. I do think they think that hair was made for pulling and nothing else. The only time they acknowledge each other is when one is crying the other laughs at him  My DH and I have nicknamed their "playing" as midget wrestling :p . Oh well, I sure do hope it is just a phase and eventually they like each other a little
