I think I am getting close

Yesterday, I had some mild cramping that responded to rest, water and laying on my left side.

Last night I was woken up at 1:30am with some mild cramping. I was able to get sleep here and there, but I have been up all night. I could not get comfortable and the cramping became mild contractions. Yep, they are still going, but I do not feel like calling in to L&D. My water has not broken, but the vaginal discharge has increase in amount and tacky consistencey.

I was hoping to get to 38w, but I will be happy if I make it one more week.

They will come when they come!

Well they are already good weights so I doubt even if they came now you would have any NICU time. I hoep your L and D is easy and as painless as it can be. Can't wait to read yoru birth story.

 

Wow - that is pretty exciting. I know what you mean about hoping to make it another week or so but it sounds like you and babies are doing good at this point, so that is a comfort. I will think happy labor thoughts for you. Also wanted to say that I really love your boys' names. My dad's name is Edward Thomas and he is the best dad I could have ever asked for.
